Lungile or Lulu as she is also known obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from Mount Allison University in Sackville, New Brunswick in 2004, and her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Victoria Law School in British Columbia in 2008.

 

In January 2010 Lulu was called to the Ontario Bar and was became a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada (LSUC) now known as the Law Society of Ontario (LSO) for 5 years before relocating to Alberta with her daughter. In 2015, Lulu joined the Law Society of Alberta (LSA) becoming a member of the Alberta Bar where she continues her practice.

Lulu has represented clients from all walks of life with their legal matters including in the areas of Divorce, Family, Immigration, Criminal and Human Rights Law in B.C., Ontario and Alberta since becoming a lawyer in 2022. In Lulu you get a fierce but compassionate advocate who truly cares about her clients and their legal matters. Through her work, Lulu has been the voice of many who have felt marginalized while navigating an often complex legal system and she relies on her personal and professional experiences which have built a unique skill set which she brings to each and every file she works on. Lulu is also committed to her role as a mother, mentor and leader and you can be sure that you will be heard when you meet with her to discuss your legal needs.

Since immigrating to Canada in 2001, Lulu has tirelessly volunteered in the community in various capacities due to her love and passion for the community she lives and works in. She brings her enthusiasm for life to everything she does and is excited to continue striving for change in everything she does.
